This application is for students and interns seeking placement at Gritman Medical Center through an academic program or approved internship arrangement. This includes — but is not limited to — pre-licensure students across clinical and ancillary disciplines, program-required observational rotations, and department-sponsored internships. This is not a self-placement portal — all applicants will be reviewed and placed by the Volunteer & Student Services department in partnership with your program or department contact. Do not begin any rotation or internship until you have been confirmed by the coordinator and have completed all required credentialing.

All volunteers & students must immediately report any injury to their department shift supervisor and/or the House Supervisor. Volunteers & students are expected to follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect themselves, patients, staff, and visitors.
• Violation of HIPAA or any safety policy will result in immediate termination. • Failure to adhere to the schedule, dress code, or general volunteer expectations—including tardiness or missed shifts—may result in termination from the program. • Gritman reserves the right to terminate a volunteer at any time for failure to meet program requirements or maintain professional conduct.
