OPPORTUNITY Gritman Medical Center welcomes community members interested in giving their time to support hospital operations. Community Volunteers assist staff in maintaining the smooth flow of day-to-day operations across various non-clinical departments. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in multiple locations as tasks arise. Volunteers help enhance patient and visitor experiences while supporting the hospital’s mission of caring for our community. REQUIREMENTS • Must be 18 years of age or older EXPECTATIONS • Maintain professional conduct and communication with staff, patients, and visitors • Follow Gritman dress code and department guidelines • Be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of non-clinical tasks as needed • Uphold The Gritman Way in all interactions

All volunteers must immediately report any injury to their department shift supervisor and/or the House Supervisor. Volunteers are expected to follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect themselves, patients, staff, and visitors.

• Violation of HIPAA or any safety policy will result in immediate termination. • Failure to adhere to the schedule, dress code, or general volunteer expectations—including tardiness or missed shifts—may result in termination from the program. • Gritman reserves the right to terminate a volunteer at any time for failure to meet program requirements or maintain professional conduct.
