Gritman Medical Center
Junior Volunteers can start at the age of 16 and are required a minimum of 4 hours a month. Junior Volunteers assist with a variety of non clinical administrative duties (such as filing, organizing, hanging flyers, etc.) under supervision of hospital staff, Junior Volunteers will also be included in Gritman Medical Center sponsored events when applicable.
To establish fundamental skills for future work and or volunteer opportunities.

All volunteers must immediately report any injury to their department shift supervisor and/or House Supervisor. If the volunteer is unable to work their scheduled shift they must notify their department by phone as soon as possible.
Violation of HIPPA or any safety policy will result in immediate termination. If the volunteer is unable to work their scheduled shift they must notify their department by phone as soon as possible. Failure to follow schedule including tardiness and/or missed shifts can result in termination.
